Application Sharing Notice

How your application details are intended to be shared with the lender or referral partner you choose.

Reading this page does not give or record any consent. Consent is given only when you actively confirm it during your application.

1. When your application is shared

Finonest does not send your application to a lender merely because you viewed offers. Sharing is intended to happen when you select a lender and choose to submit your application to it.

You must affirmatively select your preferred lender and click Continue to initiate document transfer to that specific institution.

2. Who receives it

The specific lending bank or NBFC (Regulated Entity) you actively choose on the loan recommendation screen.

Finonest maintains partner agreements with RBI-regulated Scheduled Commercial Banks and NBFCs including HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Tata Capital, and IDFC FIRST Bank. A complete public directory listing all participating lenders, legal entity names, regulatory categories, and KFS links is available at /partners.

3. What may be shared

Information needed for the lender or partner to consider your application, which may include:

  • Your identity and contact details.
  • Details of the vehicle and the loan you are asking for.
  • Your income and employment details.
  • Your KYC documents that you upload.
  • Credit information obtained about you, where relevant to the application.

Shared data points are strictly restricted to the minimum required for loan underwriting and KYC compliance: (a) Basic borrower profile (full legal name, DOB, verified mobile number, email, residence address); (b) PAN and identity verification status; (c) Vehicle asset evaluation details (RC number, vehicle age, valuation estimate, requested loan amount and tenure); (d) Verified income proof, employment category, and declared obligations; and (e) Credit bureau CIR summary where consented. No extraneous personal media, contact book, or device biometric data is ever accessed or transmitted.

4. Why it is shared

So that the lender or partner can assess your application and contact you about it.

5. After it is shared

Once the lender or partner has your application, it handles your data under its own notices and terms, which you should read.

Following transmission to your selected lending partner, Finonest retains a read-only audit copy of your submitted application solely for grievance resolution, audit compliance under RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, and statutory record-keeping (PMLA 2002). Finonest will never sell, lease, or cross-market your application to unauthorized third parties. If you revoke consent after sharing, Finonest immediately halts its processing and notifies the partner lender, subject to the lender's regulatory obligations to retain sanction-stage compliance records.
